On October 24, 2025, a team of teachers and students from the School of Foreign Languages of Chongqing Technology and Business University visited Chongqing Liyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liyu Precision Technology") to carry out a practical activity themed "Enterprise Visit and Career Enlightenment". Tang Daiping, General Manager of Liyu Precision Technology, delivered a practical experience sharing session to more than 50 teachers and students on the topic of "Transformation Practice from 'Product Export' to 'Brand Export'". The content covered core issues such as global layout, technical standard adaptation, and cross-cultural management. The interaction was enthusiastic, and students expressed that "the case studies directly addressed pain points, and the methodologies were practical."

Tang Daiping, combining Liyu Precision Technology's breakthrough experience in the Latin American and Southeast Asian markets, broke down the three core strategies for the company's leapfrog development: precise customer acquisition through independent websites and social media matrices, and abandoning the traditional "broad-net" model of trade shows. He cited an example: "In the first half of 2025, by analyzing the search keywords of buyers in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Russia, and optimizing product descriptions, we saw a threefold increase in inquiries and a reduction in the transaction cycle to 7 days." Addressing the pain point of slow after-sales response overseas, Liyu Precision Machinery established regional service centers in Düsseldorf, Germany, and São Paulo, Brazil, promising "48-hour spare parts delivery."

Tang Daiping revealed: "In 2024, a Russian construction company faced a $2 million loss due to a nail gun malfunction. We urgently dispatched goods via the China-Europe Railway Express, not only saving the client but also developing them into our largest distributor in the Russian-speaking region." He emphasized the importance of "language + technology" hybrid talent. He pointed out: "Smart equipment customized for the Southeast Asian market requires multilingual technical documentation and localized services for technology implementation. For example, our nail gun operation manual is available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, and includes video tutorials, improving customer training efficiency by 50%."

After the sharing session, students engaged in in-depth dialogues with Tang Daiping on topics such as "career choices" and "cross-cultural communication." A 2026 graduate majoring in International Trade said, "Mr. Tang's mention of 'technical document localization' made me realize that language skills are not just about translation, but also a bridge for technology dissemination. In the future, I want to work in international technical standards development, and this sharing session has given me a clear direction."

Another International Trade student focused on the talent needs of enterprises: "Mr. Tang said that 'compound talents who understand both technical terminology translation and international market rules are the most scarce,' which made me decide to take a technical writing course and participate in the school's transnational technical cooperation projects."
Prior to this, Liyu Precision Engineering had reached a cooperation agreement with the college: first, to open the company's technology center as a practice base where students can participate in real projects; second, to jointly develop a micro-professional course of "Technical English + International Standards" and incorporate it into the credit system; and third, to give priority to graduates who have participated in transnational technical cooperation projects. Tang Daiping stated, "We plan to establish 'International Talent Workstations' in universities in Sichuan and Chongqing within three years, recruiting 50 fresh graduates annually to build a talent chain of 'Chongqing R&D - Global Service'."
