1. Straightening and Feeding of Metal Coil
A grooved wheel mechanism is used for feeding. When the pin wheel rotates one full revolution, the grooved wheel rotates 1/4 revolution. During feeding, the stainless steel wire is automatically straightened by the roller bearing on the left side of the main view.

2. Clamping of Shooting Nails Or Drive Pins Workpieces
A cam mechanism is used for clamping. The clamping and releasing of the stainless steel wire is achieved by the reciprocating motion of the lever. The reciprocating motion of the clamping lever is achieved by the continuous rotation of the camshaft.
3. Cold Forging of Shooting Nails Or Drive Pins Workpieces
A crank-slider mechanism is used for cold forging of the stainless steel wire. The crankshaft is connected to a transmission gear, which pushes the wire as it rotates.
4. Cold Extrusion and Debonding of Nails For Gun Workpieces
A cam mechanism is used. Its principle and clamping mechanism are very similar to those of Shooting Nails Or Drive Pins workpiece clamping devices. The moving guide slider reciprocates repeatedly, thus achieving the cold forging effect on the stainless steel wire.
