Recently, Tang Daiping, General Manager of Chongqing Leeyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leeyu Precision Technology," international brand "Leeyu"), was invited to attend a three-day coaching-style communication and customer service leadership seminar hosted by Yuantou Culture. This seminar focused on improving coaching leadership and effective customer dialogue skills, aiming to help enterprise managers master a systematic communication methodology to serve global customers with more professional dialogue capabilities.

As a representative enterprise in Chongqing's hardware and tools foreign trade sector, Leeyu Precision's Leeyu brand nail guns, industrial nails, and other products have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. Regional service centers have been established in Düsseldorf, Germany, and São Paulo, Brazil, building a global service network covering Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and Russian-speaking regions. With the continuous expansion of overseas business, the depth and efficiency of customer communication have become an important part of the company's core competitiveness. General Manager Tang Daiping's participation in this training is a significant step for Liyu Precision Machinery in solidifying its dual-engine strategy of "hard product strength + soft communication strength."

This Source Culture CP Coaching Communication Seminar, themed "Empowering Dialogue, Creating Value," focused on systematic training around the four core competencies of coaching techniques. Over three days, Tang Daiping and business managers from various industries engaged in in-depth learning of the four core communication skills: listening, differentiating, questioning, and responding. They also fully practiced the four-step coaching dialogue process: "Clarifying Goals — Reflecting the Truth — Improving Mindset — Action Plan." The course utilized various methods such as scenario simulations, role-playing, and practical debriefing to address high-frequency communication scenarios in foreign trade, including cross-cultural business negotiations, in-depth understanding of customer needs, and efficient handling of objections.

During the training, Tang Daiping, drawing on Liyu Precision Machinery's years of experience in overseas customer service, focused on studying the 3F listening method (Fact + Feeling + Focus) and powerful questioning techniques. Addressing common pain points in international customer communication, such as cultural differences and ambiguous expression of needs, the course provided tools and methods like "distinguishing between facts and deductions" and a "four-dimensional questioning framework," offering actionable pathways for optimizing the customer service system.

"Excellent products are the key to opening doors, but efficient communication is the glue that holds long-term cooperation together," said Tang Daiping after the training. "Liyu Precision's customers are located all over the world, and the communication logic varies greatly across different countries and cultural backgrounds. In the past, we relied more on accumulated experience. This time, through systematic learning of CP coaching-style communication, we have refined our scattered communication experiences into a replicable and transferable methodology. In the future, we will not only improve the dialogue skills of management but also embed the coaching-style communication concept into the entire foreign trade sales and customer service team."
It is understood that Liyu Precision has been continuously increasing its investment in management capabilities and service system construction in recent years. Previously, the company used a "domestic AI agent + Google AI" matrix model to achieve real-time multilingual translation of technical documents and 48-hour response time for overseas after-sales service. The introduction of the coaching-style communication system will further enhance the depth of customer service from the perspective of human capabilities. Tang Daiping revealed that the company will organize internal training to gradually apply the communication tools learned in the three days to the entire business process, including customer contact, business negotiation, and after-sales follow-up, so as to promote the Leeyu brand from "product export" to "service export and brand export".
