On July 18, 2025, the 7th Rotating Day Activity of the Leadership Team of the Dadukou District International Trade Chamber of Commerce was held at the Dadukou District International Trade Chamber of Commerce Conference Center. The event, themed "Gathering Momentum for the Future, Connecting the World," brought together member companies, industry experts, and representatives to discuss new trends in international trade and pathways for enterprises to go global. As a key member company of the Chamber of Commerce and a leading enterprise in the hardware and tools foreign trade sector, Tang Daiping, General Manager of Liyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to participate and shared practical experience on "High-Quality Development of Foreign Trade Driven by Innovation."
General Manager Tang Daiping of Liyu Precision Technology shared the company's experience in breaking into the international market, with a presentation titled "Transformation Practice from 'Product Export' to 'Brand Export'." He mentioned that Liyu Precision Technology achieved leapfrog development through three major strategies. By partnering with Orange & Grapefruit, we generated a massive inquiries through our independent website and social media matrix, and then used a multi-layered screening process to find precise customers and achieve rapid sales.
Addressing the pain point of slow after-sales response overseas, Liyu Precision has established regional service centers in Düsseldorf, Germany, and São Paulo, Brazil, providing a "48-hour spare parts arrival" service. Tang Daiping cited an example: "In 2024, a large Russian construction company faced project delays due to a nail gun malfunction. We urgently arranged for supplies via the China-Europe Railway Express, ultimately helping the client save over $2 million. Subsequently, this client became our largest agent in the Russian-speaking region."
Tang Daiping specifically mentioned the role of the Chamber of Commerce: "Through the Chamber's connections, we participated in international exhibitions such as the Canton Fair to expand our market. In the first half of 2025, we participated in six overseas exhibitions, including the Cologne Hardware Fair in Germany and the Indonesian Building Materials Exhibition, resulting in a 40% year-on-year increase in order value. Furthermore, the export credit insurance subsidies coordinated by the Chamber have given us more confidence in expanding into emerging markets. Liyu Precision Machinery plans to jointly establish forward service centers with clients in several countries in the second half of the year, leveraging local advantages to empower the after-sales market. At the same time, the platform built by the Chamber has helped us avoid many detours. We believe that with policy support and industry collaboration, Chongqing's foreign trade enterprises can jointly create a new world."
